We harvest natural lights throughout the entire factory via strategic window design.

COMPRESSED AIR TO POWER PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT

All our machinery run on compressed air to operate the pneumatic parts.

WATER COOLED CHILLER SYSTEM (HVAC)

We conserve energy by using a water-cooled chilled water system equipped with an inverter control.

We have leveraged the Malaysian climate with our solar energy harvesting rooftops.

  • Our solar panels installed on our vast rooftops powers our overall factory operations.

  • Any excess energy harvested from the sun will be stored in the national electrical supply grid (Up to a year)

  • Since the final stage of installation, solar energy has been our primary source of energy.

Filtered Rainwater is distributed to support the 2 cooling towers at our rooftop, flushing of toilets and watering of perimeter garden.

DAILY ENERGY SAVING APPLIANCES

We have engaged professional Energy (Savings) Consultants to optimise our energy usage, efficiency & the sources from which the actual energy is derived. This allowed us to examine our energy consumption and model our operations to reduce wastage & operational costs

T5 / Led

We also use T5 & other energy saving light bulbs to further minimise energy consumption

NATURAL DAYLIGHT

We maximise our natural daylight harvesting throughout selected areas of the factory to enable daylight savings and further drive down consumption of energy.

Natural Daylight

We harvest up to 10 hours of daylight daily with our strategic window design built into our finished goods warehouse and our packing room corridors.

Environmentally Friendly Pneumatic Equipment

Our commitment to sustainability includes the use of compressed air technology as opposed to hydraulic oil, which significantly reduces harmful emissions & ecological impact.

Our compressed air-powered machinery not only produces high-quality products but also significantly reduces our carbon footprint.

The majority of our production equipment and machinery operate on compressed air alone, completely eliminating the need for hydraulic oil or grease.
